Return Policy

This Return Policy is an integral part of the Website’s terms of use and both documents should be read together.
1. General Information
1.1. The Operator’s policy on order cancellation and product returns is in accordance with the Canadian Consumer Protection Law.
1.2. Products that have been used cannot be returned unless they are defective, in accordance with the Canada Defective Products Liability Law.
2. Order Cancellation and Changes
2.1. You may change or cancel your order under the Operator’s sole discretion. Any change or cancellation requests must be made no later than the shipping date of your order.
2.2. If you cancel or change your order, the Operator may issue a refund, subject to a cancellation fee of either 5% of the order cost (including shipping) or 100.00₪, whichever is lower.
2.3. If you add additional products to your order, the price of these products will be based on the pricing at the time of addition, not at the time of the original order.
3. Returns
3.1. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the law allows such return or cancellation. The return of products is your responsibility and must be done at your own expense.
3.2. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, the Operator may issue a refund. The Operator may charge a cancellation fee of either 5% of the order cost (including shipping) or 100.00₪, whichever is lower, unless the return is due to a defect or a mismatch in product specification as stated on the website.
4. Product Mismatch
4.1. You are urged to verify that the products you receive match your order. If there is a material mismatch, you must notify the Operator within one business day. Failure to do so will be regarded as acceptance of the order as delivered.
5. Refund Eligibility
5.1. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide the Operator with the tracking number received upon ordering the products. Without this tracking number, no refund will be issued.
