Delivery times vary depending on the product. On average, delivery can take from one week to three weeks. For some products, delivery times may range between 13 to 35 business days, subject to the shipping company's policy.

With every purchase, buyers receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment's location at any time. Upon the package's arrival at the designated pickup point, an SMS notification will be sent to the mobile number registered in the system, providing the pickup location and all necessary information for collecting the package.
